On Monday, November 18, 2002 (DOY 322), 2 one word patches were loaded to the CP07 table onboard MODIS. These patches were
put in place so that when transitioning to OUTGAS mode or SCIENCE mode, formatter B would be used instead of formatter A.

MODIS is in Science Mode, using all A-side components, but cross-strapped to Formatter B, with the blackbody maintained at 290K.
