This Week's Scheduled MODIS Activities Not Completed:
None
Upcoming MODIS Events:
Calibrations for April will include one monthly SRCA Full Radiometric (DOY 117), one BB cycle (DOY 093- 096), one PV Ecal (DOY 116), and two screened SDSMs (DOY 097 & 118).
Maneuvers:
None
MODIS Anomalies:
Terra MODIS experienced a double MDA2Bite failure on 097/00:33:17. Due to this anomaly, the HGA was
disabled for approximately 50 minutes which prevented Terra from being able to dump science on TDRS
passes. This situation caused the MODIS buffer to disable for ~20 minutes once it was filled to capacity. The
exact times for this data loss follow:
097/00:03:35 - 00:03:38 (no lock-up replay)
097/00:03:41 - 00:03:45 (no lock-up replay)
097/01:53:21 - 02:12:30
General Instrument Comments:
MODIS is in Science Mode, using all A-side components, but cross-strapped to Formatter B, with the blackbody maintained at 290K and the Solar Diffuser Door at the Screened position.
MODIS Telemetry Trends:
Nominal telemetry trending is ongoing.
