General Instrument Comments:

MODIS is in Science Mode, using all A-side components, but
cross-strapped to Formatter B, with the blackbody nominally maintained at 290K and
the Solar Diffuser Door at the Screened position.

Note that the BlackBody will be maintained at 285K.

Note that STS File scheduling was implemented on 2020/313. The STS Files create alternating orbits allowing for coverage of the poles and lengthen Night Rate collection by 00:05:56 each orbit.
