General Instrument Comments:

MODIS is in Science Mode, using all A-side components, but
cross-strapped to Formatter B, with the blackbody nominally maintained at 290K and
the Solar Diffuser Door at the Screened position.

Note that the BlackBody will be maintained at 285K.

Note that a new STS File scheduling procedure will be implemented on 2021/122. The STS Files create alternating orbits allowing for coverage of the poles and lengthen Night Rate collection by varying amounts each orbit.
