MODIS Anomalies:

2022/074 at 08:54 Terra MODIS experienced a CP reset causing an FP reset, transitioning MODIS to Standby mode and disabling IMOK monitoring.
2022/074 22:21:28 MODIS returned to Science mode.

2022/074 22:23:38 MODIS Blackbody turned back on.

Recovery, including reuploading a number of formatter patches, band 5 gains, and ideal BB tables, was completed at 2022/076 02:19:04.

General Instrument Comments:

MODIS is in Science Mode, using all A-side components, but
cross-strapped to Formatter B, with the blackbody nominally maintained at 290K and
the Solar Diffuser Door at the Screened position.

Note that the BlackBody will be maintained at 285K.

With the recent Terra SSR reset, MODIS was allocated a full complement of PWAs and no longer needs to reduce its data rate. Starting with September 26, 2021 (2021/269) at 0000z, the MODIS formatter commanding (day rate/night rate) will be synchronized with terminator crossing, which is its nominal timing.

MODIS Telemetry Trends:

Nominal telemetry trending is ongoing.
